Instead of visitors calling, it ask the phone number... Then callpage connect both parties in 30 seconds. Possible to have this kind of feature in the roadmap?

For the purchased number, I have setup the call forwarding. I have setup the sms forwarding as well. However some sms requires me to reply back. How can I reply sms back from the purchased number within the ACT? It would be a great addition if we can read and reply back to sms within the ACT. Thanks!

In Multiple Numbers - add the possibility to move on to next step after X seconds.

It would be great to have this option, just as Ring 1 number allows you to do this,

In Ring 1 number it asks the question. "When should the call move on ?"
No answer; or no answer after 60 seconds.

It would be very easy to implement this same code and apply it to Multiple Numbers.
I have clients who need this.

Please let me know if we set it up.

Currently we can write a note, but cannot edit it or delete it.

It would be great to see the SMS like the calls so we are able to BILL for the qualified leads and blacklist the spammers!
