Would love to be able to create a campaign and then go right to account creation, but ONLY SPECIFICALLY for that CAMPAIGN. So two step process.

The purpose is to avoid haven to sift throug
h dozens, if not hundreds of profiles once a campaign is set up. Helps us and our outsourcers. Prevents choosing the wrong profile by mistake.

Thanks guys! Love where this is going.

When adding accounts to campaigns you see a list of your accounts. Some accounts are identified by email address or username. This can quickly become difficult to manage if I have a lot of accounts. <br>
With Blogger for example, the account is identified as the name of the blog that has been added. I understand a user may have multiple blogs under each Blogger account but if I have multiple blogger accounts and the name blog name on each one, there is no way to differentiate between them when choosing an account to assign to a campaign.

A simple solution to this is to add another field to the account creation process for account title. This would allow the user to add a unique name to the account they are adding without impacting any of the credentials necessary to login. You would also need to modify the account selection screen under campaigns to show the new "Account Title" field.

And I also wanted to ask if you can add a little bit more control for the RSS feature. So let's say I add the RSS Feed of Mashable or a site that is as big as mashable. These sites post like 50 posts per day and so all the connected profiles would post 50 times each day as well.

So maybe you could add the option to change the way it pulls from the feed. So let's say I just want to post 1-2 articles from that feed per day or every 8 or 12 hours. You know what I mean. This way we do not spam the living hell out of all the profiles when the RSS site posts tens or hundreds of posts each day.
Basically a limit or filter with more control for the RSS feature.

So for this RSS Feed I only want to pull the latest post (only 1) every 8 hours or every 12 hours and then post this post to my campaigns accounts.
This would give us more control over the whole feature and not just post all posts that the RSS site publishes to all connected profiles.

And I think that is were the whole randomization fits in nicely. We need to randomize it a little bit. So let's say I have setup my RSS feature with the new filters - then it should also not post the same RSS posts to all of the connected accounts. But it should randomly post to a couple of them. Just to mix it up. Otherwise all connected accounts have the same posts - big footprint.
And that is a big no no.

So in the end this long post asks for the following:
- make it possible to select campaigns when adding a new RSS Feed rather than manually select each profile of a specific campaign.
- randomize feature to not always post all the RSS posts to all connected accounts - looks fishy and spammy - needs to go quickly.
- add more filters to grab specific amount (or amount range might be even better) of RSS posts every X hours (X should be set by us) and then post them with the randomize option to a random number of connected accounts.

I think all these features are a must in order to make full use of the RSS feature.

If someone wants to add more ideas feel free to use the comments.

Thanks for listening guys and I hope I see some of the features soon.

Best regards,
Daniel

It would really help if we have the option to group accounts and then assign group/s under one campaign. This way we don't have to find and check the accounts we need to associate with a campaign during a new campaign creation.

Onlywire does this by requiring an Account Description field whenever a new channel is being connected which helps in identify the account and then grouping them through the Network Groups tab.

Hopefully you and the development team will realize that it is better to give your customers FULL control over WHAT should be standing there. I got a solution (it’s an API which I use in some client projects) they go completely white label.

It’s better for your customers because so the users of their social properties do not recognize that the posts are done by SyndWire which indicates (not only to the customers but also to Google) they are done automatically. If there stands nothing or "Posted by <clients name> it will increase the acceptance of the posts.

Hope you can take my thoughts into account …

The big G is missing from SyndWire. I suspect there's a good reason for that. Wordpress/Jetpack allows you to send notification of new content out to G+ from the posting dashboard, but I realize that may be because Google trusts WP and doesn't know/trust SW. Or there may be other factors at play here.

In any event, it would be really great if SW posted to G+!

A minor nit. It would be great if the Status line/Title line showed the character count, so we know if we've hit the magic 141. I can't tell you how many times I've blown a post by being one or two characters over, and how irritating it is to have to stop, copy-paste to Word, get the character count, tweak if necessary, come back... It's not the end of the world, but it's yet another little thing that interrupts smooth work flow. It would be a nice lil feature to have and I don't think it's a lot of coding to make it work. I see it on other forms elsewhere. TX! :-)

New user - bought lifetime and glad I did.
I would be tremendously helpful to have multiple users with different logins that would allow each user to maintain separate account setups. I have two
partners, two employees and two VA;s all who can access Syndwire. There is just no way to keep everyone from knowing what everyone else is doing. In particular hiring VA's and/or Fiverr Giggers - I hate having to go in and change passwords everytime I want to use a a different person from Fiverr or a new VA. Obviously there would need to be one master login to have oversight of the entire operation but allowing individual logins and compartmentalizing accounts and campaigns would be tremendous. 1. A limited sub-account login would be good, i.e. a login that only allows adding of profiles that I can give to contractors instead of having to give out my fully active login.
2. Posting feels
overcomplicated - I have to post 3 times to use all the accounts AND remember to uncheck duplicates between blog/status/bookmark e.g. Twitter & Tumblr are in both status and bookmark etc. Why not one option to post everywhere (status update can be pulled from blog title etc etc)?
3. A pre-warning about possibly having used spin tags but not selected the 'Yes' to spin option would be a good safety catch.
4. Biggie - considered building a randomised exchange setup into Syndwire (like syndr)?
5. Drip feed on the rss feed would be good too (random between x and y days?).

The RSS module is awesome, but I need to use it with caution I believe. Not blast 100 twitter accounts at once. But I'd like to have a wide variety of Twitter posts/ accounts to my site.

This is the change I would like to see in the RSS feed module:
The ability to make Syndwire choose random accounts in the network to post the RSS feed to. But not only one account as today, but a set number. For instance 15.

That means that each RSS feed item will get the same amount of bookmarks/ posts each time - but from a wide variety of accounts.

For instance:
Let's say I have 300 Twitter accounts
I can set a RSS feed to post to the whole network, but only choose 15 Twitter accounts in that network randomly. That will distribute good social signals, and never always from the same Twitter accounts.

Or even better: I can have 1000 Social accounts in bookmarking sites, Twitter, LinkedIn ++
I can set a RSS feed to be submitted to 25 each time, but randomly picked accounts.

This will really make the Social Signals look very natural, and also let us start with for instance 5 social signals per post in a brand new site, and then increase that number of randomly picked accounts each week. Then within some weeks we can post to 400 randomly picked accounts - and it will look like a natural growth of social signals.

I believe that would be easy for you to add, and that will open up the RSS feed module to really kick it.

Programming-wise, I don't know how complicated it will be, but I can't see it being too hard since all the components are there already. All it would really take it the ability to take the posted URLs and feed it through an automated system.

As you can see from the link below, WeOnTech has an additional posting feature called Advanced:

http://s1208.photobucket.com/user/tomcha75/media/Screen Shot 2015-04-29 at 10.27.21 AM_zpsgi98okin.png.html?filters[user]=116577159&filters[recent]=1&sort=1&o=1

And this allows for a tiered posting where the blog post gets posted on the appropriate accounts. Then, those links are taken and automatically fed through the bookmarking accounts. So in the end, you have bookmarks pointing to the blog posts to build more trust and gather more link juice.

http://s1208.photobucket.com/user/tomcha75/media/Screen Shot 2015-04-29 at 10.27.09 AM_zps6qqwprf9.png.html?filters[user]=116577159&filters[recent]=1&sort=1&o=0

Just my two cents. But this would make Syndwire even so much more powerful and would cut down on a lot of my manual labouring with the software to get this job done.

Thanks.

I am just reposting this same idea that was posted over 7 months ago by other users, that you have still not acted on.

I have been tryring the RSS feed section in Syndwire. I have a problem that is also kind of a feature suggestion.

When I add an RSS feed in Syndwire, it would be great to have an option to select how many entries from the RSS feed I want Syndwire to post to my social accounts every time it checks the feed.

This is because I (like other users I'm sure) am using an RSS feed that has 100s of new entries every day. I only want Syndwire to post ONE - FIVE entries to my social accounts everytime it checks the feed. NOT all 816 new entries in one go!!

This is causing my social accounts to get deleted/banned with a huge number of posts being dumnped into them at one time. There is no way I can stop this happening with your current interface.

Hootsuite.com offer the option of limiting how many of the new RSS entries it posts to your social accounts when it checks the RSS feed, and to honest, it's neccessary!

Here is a link to a screenshot of the Hootsuite.com RSS interface showing the option to limit how many RSS entries it posts to your social accounts when it checks the feed: http://jamescolshaw.tumblr.com/post/125078444791

Any chance you could add this?

If you are using Minions or have lots of accounts, trying to keep track of which RSS feeds are going to which accounts is a real bear the way things work now. Also, when adding a new feed, the search only lets you match one single name, not multiples, so if I want to add a new feed and have it post to 3 different Minion's accounts, there's no way to select all 3 of them. Instead you have to spend forever scrolling through a huge list of accounts to try and find them manually.

If you only have a few accounts it may not be an issue, but if you are using Minions it becomes a real problem to manage it. So you either need a way to search & select on multiple names, or alternatively, the ability to define ad-hoc groups (with multiple memberships possible, i.e. you can be in multiple groups), and then to be able to select that group for the RSS target.

The application of this would be create a Fitness group for example, and in that group you place several different Minion's accounts. Then you add a Fitness RSS feed, and just select that group, instead of having to click through all the accounts.

Limiting the number of posts per day would also be very nice.

When I am setting up an RSS Feeds, and I am choosing which accounts to include, and I want to add a whole campaign, code it so that if I choose one campaign and then I choose another campaign, it includes the accounts for each campaign rather than wiping out the first campaign as it does now. The way it is now, I can choose one campaign, then I have to manually add all the accounts, one by one, for the other campaign.

As it is now, if I want to assign an rss feed for multiple campaigns & accounts and I choose random networks the frequency of submission gets diluted as I add more accounts! Makes the RSS feed almost worthless? When you choose "posts" and the "random Networks" is chosen, give a choice as to how many networks, rather than the default of "one". I could choose 2 or 5 or 10, etc.

In settings, make a choice of the # of records: 5, 10, 15, All that will show up. So that when you get to an RSS feed, or campaigns, or accounts and you have more than 5 records you don't have to choose "All" every time, to see what you just did.

Set up a Syndwire Facebook group so we can help each other.

On the Campaign Tab, where it lists the names of the campaigns. Make that name a link that lists all the accounts, and other pertinent info, for that campaign. One click and all that info is presented.

I'll have other suggestions, will add later.

Call me for clarification, if desired,

If it would be possible to add in a custom video thumbnail when submitting a video through Syndwire, it would truly become 100% hands-free for posting videos. Which, would be flippin' sweet!
> Right now, I can schedule videos to be posted through Syndwire, but I also have to go back into each account later to add my custom video thumbnails. (which isn't a big deal, but a custom thumbnail is the polish that makes a video standout and get immediate attention, much like a headline)

If this would be possible, it'd be awesome. But I know you have to deal with the limitations the platforms have in place.

Thanks!

What I'd love to see if a COUNT or TOTAL displayed on this page:

in in campaign/group. (Just pop in another column to help me out)

It will also help me keep track of my outsourcers who promise to put accounts into campaigns for me, without me having to go into edit them and count by scrolling down the list of ever growing accounts.

Every now and than some of my hosting providers put a captcha security on my websites, which makes it impossible for Syndwire to automaticly login.
So again I asked one provider to get rid of thi

"There should not be any automated systems automatically logging into your WordPress sites in this manner. If they are, then they are not accessing it correctly."

Isn't it about time for Syndwire to conform this policy? That would be a relieve and saves a lot of trouble and time and mal performance.

What do you think?

It would be nice to have an easier way, per campaign and/or account, to see if a post was done successfully instead of having to pull the history report each time for a url, or scrolling through the recent activities.

For video posts, especially, so we get the actual video url of the post, making it easier on us to pull the urls and add to our indexer.

I know there are multiple reasons why accounts get deleted.

Some people feel that Syndwire using a small number of IP's to login to 000's of accounts on the same network could be one of the reasons for some account deletions, or could be in the future.

If you think I am being paranoid then ignore this suggestion.

If you think it has value please give at least one vote.

I was thinking just a way to group all our accounts in order of what they are used for. Something simple, yet effective. Maybe like the ability to create folders and add whatever accounts you want into that folder so all your accounts are organized into niche specific folders. Because you wouldn't want to use 15 accounts in the roofing niche to rank a web property in the forex niche. By keeping your accounts organized and niche specific you increase your ranking power through each niche you delve into.

The following is 2 links to 2 pictures that I took of other syndwire users looking for the same thing to be added to Syndwire:

Allow For Sequential, Rather Than Randomized Spun, Insertion Of Video Titles.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING

At this time title spinning, in this case, specifically for video service submission is random, with no option to control this.

Joe Troyer created a training video where he demonstrated the use of title spinning when submitting a video to multiple services.

In the video he added the spintax {city1|city2|city3|city4|city5} indicating that as each video was submitted Syndwire would take each city in order, one time, and insert it into the video title.

From what I know about the random nature of spinning this made no sense to me, however, I gave it a try.

It did not work as Joe described.

I submitted a video to Youtube five times with the result of city1 inserted twice, city3 inserted once, city4 inserted once. city5 and city2 were lost.

My feature request is to allow for sequential insertion of titles. I don't see the solution to this being found in spintax. It would be nice to be able to select between spinning or not spinning multiple titles.

I suggest you guys add a feature that shows what campaign (or campaigns) each account is connected to. That way every account can get connected and used. As it stands I have dozens of accounts doing nothing, not connected to any campaign.

Since we're managing dozens and dozens of accounts in over a dozens of networks, grouping them into Campaigns is kinda tough.

It would be a lot of help if when creating a NEW CAMPAIGN, we
can just type in something like "Twitter" then it will just display all the Twitter accounts, then click on SELECT ALL, then go ahead and type "App" then it will display all App.net accounts, click SELECT ALL -- BUT it will still keep the Twitter accounts selected.

If this could also apply when we type in "bookmark" then it will display all bookmarking websites or something like "video" then all video sharing sites will display - or radio buttons will do - then that's another great feature.

Include a graphical wizard that allows us to create tiered link building and syndication patterns using our campaigns in a drag and drop way.
Syndwire is capable of this and it would allow us to
put in different/spun text in the higher tiers rather than being limited to straight syndicates from the RSS feeds (if we want it automated).
I actually build tiers this way in Syndwire at the moment except that I have to wait for the posted links to appear then manually create my next tier - which is a bit time consuming.
Plus... this would just be a bloody cool feature.

Was upset when I have a heavily customized and crafted article with spintags reject due to a high character county. After spinning, it would have only been about 150 words, but it was over 26K characters.

To add insult to injury, it appears the title and the post body have the same limits. In theory, I could have a 150 word title, and a 150 word article to go with it! Seriously, I think the blog post body area should be a minimum of 100K characters. That too, would be easily reached if a 400 word article was spun out to produce 10 or 20 different works.

I have followed Joe Troyer's Multiplayer Method and was blown away by the number of video ranking you could generate by simply by using Syndwires video post service.

However the issue beca
me that YouTube started deleting accounts because they have the same video on each account. This caused the issue that you either needed to post one video to one YouTube account at a time, which kind of defeats the purpose of Syndwire, or upload the same video to multiple accounts and run the risk of your YouTube accounts being deleted.

My suggestion is to either:
1. Build in a feature that somehow spins the video so that it is different every time, bypassing YouTubes check. Or
2. Build in a feature that allows you to upload multiple different videos to the original post. This way when Syndwire posts the video it posts "Video One" to "YouTube Account One", "Video Two" to "YouTube Account Two" and so on.

Add helpful notes for users on Syndwire such as:

1. Add a note to the status update to say "Max 140 characters as otherwise it won't post correctly to Twitter ."
(There are a lot of characters available so this currently confuses.)

2. Note on Bookmark to "Only write a short summary of 1 or 2 sentences" (If this is correct - Ryan said this but also said 100-200 words but I looked today at 2 sentences which came to about 50 words so numbers should be confirmed.)
Again there are a lot of character available so this confuses.

It would be helpful to add these tips and perhaps it would save Ryan and the helpdesk some work by not having to answer the same questions from many people and would help others not asking the questions from setting up their posts incorrectly..

For instance when I went to insane journal it asked for code from a friend to get a free account.

PAT doesn't provide an option for entering a ("real") description besides / in addition to the site URL and phone #; and doesn't give an option for setting the category or keyword tags. (Nor is there spintax available as far as I can tell.)

I realize that PAT's purpose in life is much less grand than Syndwire, but it sure would be nice if I could load up an actual description with a light bit of embedded spintax together with spintax-enabled tagging.

PAT does a great job of creating spun video from a source vid ... now if would let us input descriptions and tags that'd help a LOT toward making the vids look natural to YT's eyes. (Sure, any human who sees ~50-100 s"light" variations of a source video as being the totality of content for a particular YT user / channel ... would not be fooled in the slightest. But we're wanting the YT and Google bots to have the idea that we're legit and hence rank us -- as opposed to a hard-nose human doing a manual review.)

This seems like a fairly modest feature upgrade request....? (Maybe the spintax would be more difficult; I dunno. But you've already done a bit of this for the PAT spinner in Google Sheets so hopefully not.)

And ... VERY related... something that can go into >existing< YT account vids and update the description and tag fields (as per above notes).

I just got done creating / posting a bunch of variant vids via the Poking Automation Toolkit, but the "meat" of the description field and the tags areas are totally blank. Even if a viewer was not caring about the fact that the vids are small variants of the same base video they would notice immediately that there's no description text.

Going back to all the hundreds of videos I just got done creating / posting to update their description fields and tags -- by hand -- is not a task I would care to do... It would be tedious work even for a VA, and no reason for it since it "seems" like something very automate-able...

What say?

It would be helpful to add a feature to the "Remove/Add" button on the blog post page, so that after we post a blog article, and we come back to edit it, as in a "repost", we can remove the Photo Image we selected at the bottom of the page, where we can Upload an Image.

As it is now, we can only Remove/Add an Image during the INITIAL writing/posting of a blog. It would be nice to be able to remove it after we post the blog, because some sites do not allow an Image, while most do. It would make it a whole lot easier if we could come back in & delete the Image & repost our blog post for those site that to do not allow Images. We shouldn't have to re-write the same blog post twice~ once for those sites that accept Images, and then again for those sites that do not.

Thank you!

Please increase the size capacity for our videos that we would post under your new section, Videos, on Syndwire. Your size limitation of only 50 MB prohibits most videos to be posted here. A 20 second video is even too large. I have tried shrinking the MB by using Handbrake on my 1 min. videos in YouTube, but this is very time-consuming, as you have to keep reducing & reducing the size of the video in Handbrake, to finally get it down to just 50 MB. You have to reduce each video about 10 times, to get a 1 min. video to be a 20-second video, size-wise. NOT good. Thank you for amending this feature.

Hi,
In fact that will be a feature that no other tool on the market has and it will shift video marketing to the next level. I have 30 Youtube accounts which I use to boost videos that link back to my Youtube video (money object). I need to load the article into the best spinner and upload each video individually to each account.

Imagine having a wizard where I can upload the 30 videos and point to the 30 Youtube accounts plus adding the video's title and description in Spintax format. Then, the tool will go ahead and submit video (1) to account (1), video (2) to account (2), and so on. For each submission, the title and description will be a spun version of the text uploaded.

Even more, imagine having 30 videos that target local niches (Pay per Click Affiliate program) and target 30 small cities. With such a feature, I can submit the 30 videos to Youtube in 5 minutes. I am pretty sure that everyone will thank you for this feature and I am ready to pay for it $1000 per month.

How about we have a way to download a report of the network notifications instead, so it will be easier to pinpoint issues one by one and resolve them? We have thousands of accounts by now and I'm sure a lot of you have too, this will be an easy way to sort through accounts having problems.

Please add drip feature for blog posts

I have 2 concerns and I already contacted chat support and found out that these have not been implemented yet:

Example:
1. There are 50 accounts in ONE CAMPAIGN, one article with one link on it, and if we schedule a blog post on that specific campaign, we are hoping that those will be posted on a different time / day and NOT be scheduled to be posted at the same time with only seconds or minutes' gap. What it can do is to divide those accounts when posting blog posts. Maybe 10 accounts today, then 10 the next day and so on.

2. Spintax - please allow/implement spinning links on a blog posts. Example: <a href="{link1|link2|link3}">click here</a>

Hope you'll take this into consideration.

Thank you.
